I was disappointed in this clock. The case is cheap plastic and the little mechanism that makes it sit upright doesn't work easily or rapidly,so you have to technique it to make it sit upright.Additionally, the alarm is so quiet that I can't imagine it waking me,or anybody else.
I liked the second hand;I appreciated that it ran on a battery instead of winding, but the silent alarm and difficulty making it sit upright means this one goes in the GoodWill pile. It costs as much to ship it back as it cost.
A bad puchase,save your money.
