Elgin 1.25" LCD Bedside Alarm Clock, Silver Review

I like this clock quite a bit.It's loud enough to wake you up, the light is bright and the snooze button is nice and big.It's very easy to set (up and down change buttons).It's also nice to have the day and date on there.

However, it has a serious flaw.When it is sitting on a nightstand above the height of your pillow, the numbers cannot be read.Basically the screen is unreadable if viewed from below.This means that if you are in bed and want to check the time, you can't just push the light, because you can't read the screen.You either have to get up and look at it straight on, or grab the clock and move it lower.
